Of the little boys apron i made this evening,
i was asked by the cake lady that stands near us on the market to make an apron for her little boy who loves cooking with her but doesnt have his own little apron, well he does now lol

New in

We have some new additions to the shop,
firstly this gorgeous blue handmade single bed quilt very generous size so plenty to tuck in
then a restock of some ragdolls, the nurse is now in 40cm size


and now we have the pirate in 40cm as well,
with the very popular headband ragdoll that doesnt have a name yet lol back in stock very soon

and we also now have these gorgeous aprons in stock, with a cupcake design or fairy design both aged 3/4 years
just right for mummies or grannies little helper

which i just couldnt get a good pic of the purple, its not blue honest!
and the mixed fun time bunting with all the faves

Another fab day....

At the crafty crop,
we had lots of wood painting going on as you can see along with the usual card makers, x stitchers and quilters
lots of paint ...all over lol and boy the amount of glitter was amazing, just brilliant for getting you in the christmas spirit after all it is only november lol





more painting next month and a christmas party as well, who's coming?

Lets make quilts!!!

So after giving my machine a well earned rest over the weekend while we were having a very relaxing weekend in Stratford,
it was back to it and so far this week i have made quilts, quilts quilts.....well 5 to be precise, a cupcake single bed quilt, a safari cot bed quilt, an alphabet cot bed quilt and two cot quilts, bay girl and baby boy, phew my needle was smoking......

so i am all quilted out for this week and moving onto christmas bunting woohoo christmas is coming....

Cupcake Crazy......

i have been busy as usual this week, and the theme is cupcakes, well for part of it anyway,
so far we have these cupcake cushions and bunting with more cupcake products to follow.
then i have also been making more baby cot quilts or playmats,
always very popular and always being produced
and lastly for this post i have taken delivery and two big boxes of new ragdolls,
these are just gorgeous and always very popular
and some are all ready for winter with their gorgeous little jumpers and cardi's lol

well better get back to it and get these many ragdolls sorted as we are off to kinoulton school this evening for their pamper and
pressie evening.

Finishing off orders......

After the fun of the weekend it was back to business with orders to be filled,
firslty a personalised cotbed quilt for a little girl,
lots of freehand quilting which i just love to do
then it was to make a set of personalised aprons for the girls of a local cafe, they have also had a set of menu chalk boards for the cafe.

now i am onto some baby boy bunting and then an alphabet baby quilt, busy busy lol
best get on with it!!

Day 2-Crafty Weekend

Mssing people today but we still managed to have a great day, we even, for the last time this year i am sure managed to sit outside for lunch which was just lovely.

there was a little more productivity today....but not much lol

so another weekend done, shattered now but cant wait till we can do it all again.

Day 1-Crafty Weekend

well that was day one over in a flash, blink and you missed it.....i wish you could slow down time for these things
lots of laughter as always and i think a little bit of crafting was done...maybe lol
we did have a friendly sheep as a visitor first thing, employed to cut the grass but he was too interested in joining in the fun so had to go cut someone elses grass for a while lol

well i will take more pics later of some of the exchanges received
but as for day one ....great day and a lovely meal in the local brewery in the evening too,
